Payment
30% Non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of booking confirmation . Payment can be made by cheque, visa or credit card, or bank transfer.
Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
We ask for a returnable deposit of £100. This is due 2 weeks before your arrival. This is to cover any breakages/damage. This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay - (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Occupants
The villa comfortably accomodates up to 4 people, plus a cot is available on request for a baby/small toddler.
There is strictly No Smoking allowed within the Villa. However, smoking is permitted outside.
Included
Linen, bedding and towels are provided. Please supply your own beach towels.
Arrangements
Full information of key arrangements will be sent to you at least one week before your stay, along with directions to the villa.
